New insights on protecting yourself from severe covid-19

When I’m taking a case, often people will tell me about a frightening or traumatic situation from their history. The important part for me, as a homeopath, is what particular aspect is the most scary or traumatic for them. It can be hard to ask this without seeming like I don’t agree or understand. I can’t say, “What’s so bad about [that terrible thing that happened]?” I have adopted a solution that a wise teacher once taught me. Now I say, “If you were to write a book about this awful situation (and you certainly could write an entire book about it), what would be on the very first page? This is one of the questions on the very first page of the book that I would write about COVID-19:

Why are some people getting so severely sick with COVID-19 and others are only mildly sick, or are even asymptomatic?

It seems logical that those who are already health-compromised may get more severely sick than others. But there are many cases that seem unexpected: children, teenagers, healthy adults. In my research, I am always seeking answers to this question.
